My name is Romina, and I personally take care of the villa, which once belonged to my family. We carefully restored it while preserving its original Art Nouveau character, creating an authentic and welcoming retreat on Lake Como
Built in the early 20th century, this historic residence preserves the timeless elegance of Liberty style, with original frescoes, period doors and a stone staircase, while offering the comfort of beautifully restored interiors.
The Main Villa is more than a home. It is a place where every detail reflects the vision of those who created it, the care of those who have lived in it, and the belief that true luxury lies in thoughtful simplicity.
The rooms are spacious, natural light pours in through large windows, and Lake Como is never far away. Wherever you are in the villa, you'll always feel its presence. The changing reflections on the water, the quiet rhythm of the day, the kind of silence that feels full rather than empty.
Here, you'll feel at home. The kitchen is fully equipped for those who enjoy cooking, the bedrooms are designed for genuine rest, and the shared spaces invite conversation, relaxation and time spent together.
Every material has been chosen with care. The linen you touch, the floors beneath your feet, the doors you open. Nothing is accidental. Everything reflects a commitment to quality, respect for every guest, and a desire to create a place that feels both authentic and welcoming.
The Main Villa is for those who understand that a holiday is not about escaping the world, but about reconnecting with themselves. And Lake Como, with its quiet beauty, has a remarkable way of making that happen.

The view
Set just above Domaso on the western shore of Lake Como, the villa enjoys a rare perspective, with the mouth of the Adda River to the north and Bellagio to the south.

Since 1920. A story that continues over time.
Built in the early 20th century, Villa Perla del Lago has been owned by the same family since 1950 and remains an integral part of the local heritage. A meticulous restoration carried out between 2011 and 2012 enhanced its original Art Nouveau character, preserving frescoes, period furnishings, historic doors, and the villa’s distinctive stone staircase. At the same time, the interiors were thoughtfully updated to provide modern comfort, functionality, and a stay tailored to contemporary expectations.
